Platform Admin · package and exact game coverage
Tournament package · synthetic IDs only
Assign exactly two referee seats for each verifier seat, then activate the package. A replacement member needs a new exact-game assignment.
PRX player IDs in A1, A2, B1, B2 order
Game activation is a separate Admin action after package activation and two referees plus one verifier are assigned to the exact game.
